Te Whiwhinga mahi | The opportunity The Programme Analyst is pivotal to the success of the new People Change and Programme Delivery function.
You will work across the team to provide technical input and data analytics to support the delivery of organisational change initiatives and facilitate informed proposals and decisions.
You will support the assessment of potential benefits, risks and costs of proposed changes and work to predict and analyse how change impacts process and people to understand possible outcomes.
Ko koe tenei | About you You will be an analytics wizard with proven capability in the use of Excel and Visio (or similar) as well as the use of project management tools and methodology, ideally within a complex and changing environment.
You will come from an analytical or project coordination background with the ability to easily connect with a wide range of stakeholders. You will need a solid understanding of interpreting data, gap and process analysis as well as process mapping and functional design.
Your ability to manage within a role that has competing deadlines and multiple moving pieces will see you succeed in this role.
