A unique fixed term (ending June 2025) opportunity to establish this role and uplift how business initiatives are delivered. Work on a variety of strategic business initiatives Join a team committed to delivering excellence Wellington or Auckland based role in a central location Te turanga – The role and your impact The Programme Adviser will work with the Strategic Adviser to design and implement processes to deliver business initiatives. In this role, you'll get to work on lots of stimulating initiatives. These include further enhancing our policy review and implementation processes, supporting the ongoing improvements to our remuneration and performance framework, and implementing systems to further uplift collaboration, productivity, and workflow. Your key responsibilities will be: Planning, managing, and delivering business led initiatives Developing clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders covering performance, outcomes, and recommendations Facilitating collaboration across the initiatives To be successful in this role you will be the kind of person who enjoys being involved at all levels with an agile approach and doing what it takes to help the team deliver on our priorities. For this role you will need: Proven experience with project management and change management Experience with a variety of delivery frameworks and approaches The ability to deal with ambiguity and complexity Flexibility and adaptability Excellent verbal and written communication skills The ability to collaborate and build strong relationships across a diverse work group Excellent strategic thinking skills Ko wai matou – Who we are We're kaitiaki (guardians) of New Zealand's financial ecosystem – enabling economic wellbeing and prosperity for all New Zealanders.
