In this role, you'll get to work on lots of stimulating initiatives. These include further enhancing our policy review and implementation processes, supporting the ongoing improvements to our remuneration and performance framework, and implementing systems to further uplift collaboration, productivity, and workflow. Your key responsibilities will be: Planning, managing, and delivering business led initiatives Developing clear, concise reports and presentations for stakeholders covering performance, outcomes, and recommendations Facilitating collaboration across the initiatives To be successful in this role you will be the kind of person who enjoys being involved at all levels with an agile approach and doing what it takes to help the team deliver on our priorities.
