Position Title : Programme Administrator
Reports To : Programme Manager

Location : Wellington
Purpose of the Role : The Programme Administrator will provide comprehensive administrative and logistical support for a Maori youth programme.
This role ensures the smooth delivery of all programme activities, enabling culturally appropriate and high-quality support for rangatahi Maori (Maori youth).
The Administrator will work closely with the Programme Manager, facilitators, and participants, embodying the programme's core values of manaakitanga, whanaungatanga, and rangatiratanga.
Qualifications and Experience : Essential : Proven experience in administration or a related field.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of tikanga Maori and commitment to kaupapa Maori values.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems.Desirable : Experience working with rangatahi Maori or in youth-focused programmes.Basic understanding of Te Reo Maori or willingness to develop skills in the language.Familiarity with NZQA frameworks and standards.
