Programme Administrator - Commerce and TechnologyEIT¦Te Pukenga offers over 150 qualifications from certificate and diploma to degree and postgraduate levels at campuses in Hawke's Bay, Tairawhiti (Gisborne) and Auckland.

We have two permanent opportunities for well-organised Programme Administrators to join our Hawke's Bay campus in full-time capacity (37.5 hours per week).
The appointing salary for these roles will be between $54,000 and $57,000, depending on skills and experience.The Programme Administrator will be responsible for:Providing a quality reception and information service to kaimahi and akonga.Processing student marks in EIT's student assessment systems aPlus+ and Artena, and producing results reports for Programme Cluster Committee (PCC) approval.
Providing student result notifications as required.Organising class lists, setting up course timetables and giving appropriate staff access.Assisting with academic requirements/regulations and results.Assisting in School activities such as student orientations, achievement ceremonies, graduations, Information Days and meetings.He korero mou| About youThe ability to prioritise, multi-task and remain calm under pressure.Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, Word, Outlook and computer experience.A professional attitude with a willingness to help out the wider team where necessary.The ability to handle confidential or sensitive matters.As an inclusive and supportive employer, we value diversity and want to encourage anyone interested to apply, regardless of whether you tick all the boxes or not.
