Our Partner Organisation - Adventist Development and Relief Agency Timor-Leste (ADRA) ADRA is the global humanitarian arm of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, delivering relief and development assistance to individuals in more than 118 countries. By partnering with local communities, organizations, and governments, we deliver culturally relevant programs and build local capability for sustainable change.
ADRA Timor-Leste has been working in Viqueque Municipality since 2011 to implement WASH, agriculture, and livelihood programs.
The Assignment This assignment is a partnership assignment between VSA and ADRA. A VSA Volunteer will provide support to ADRA to review current systems and assist in making improvements or developing new processes to enhance impact reporting and meet deadlines more effectively. The volunteer will also assist with financial documentation, organizing meetings, and proposal development.

You will need to be flexible, adaptable, resourceful, resilient, with a passion for Aotearoa and the wider Pacific community.
We're looking for a volunteer with the following: Strong analytical thinking
Excellent written & spoken English
Excellent planning, coordination, and communication skills
Strong teamwork and leadership skills
Bachelor's degree in development studies or other relevant fields
Desirable Experience with donor reporting including but not limited to MFAT, DFAT, and EU
5-7 years of experience in humanitarian and/or development non-profit organizations
Master's degree in development studies or other relevant fields
