Position Summary: ACCESS REPRODUCTIVE JUSTICE seeks a Program Director with a deep commitment to reproductive justice.
This position will work to further ACCESS RJ's mission, vision, and values by overseeing the Outreach, Community Education, and Policy Advocacy goals for the organization and supporting ACCESS RJ's policy priorities, volunteer engagement, and community education programming.
About the Role, Reporting Relationships and Overview:
The Program Director is a new leadership role for our rapidly expanding organization that is working to meet the growing abortion access needs in California and throughout the country.
The Program Director holds the vision and strategy for actualizing Reproductive Justice within ACCESS RJ's communities.
The Program Director will lead all of ACCESS RJ's movement building work and collaborate with the direct services (Healthline) leadership as needed.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of and comfort with the reproductive justice framework and a commitment to expanding abortion access.
They will be skilled in developing, refining, and executing program strategies and managing staff.
This role will report to the Executive Director and supervise a team of three (the Outreach and Education Coordinator, the Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, and the Policy Advocacy Coordinator).
