6 month initial contract, with view to extendDunedin based onlyHybrid working arrangements available$80-105/hr +GST depending on experienceThe Role:The Programme Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the successful delivery of an IT programme and is actively involved in the coordination of various pieces of work simultaneously. Your role will include supporting key activities such as project administration, financial management, reporting, procurement and other general administrative tasks.With strong organisation and prioritisation skills, alongside ability to show initiative and think ahead, the Programme Coordinator will organise all the necessary pieces to ensure programme success.You will need to be Dunedin based for the duration of the contract to be successful in this role, however there is a flexible working environment for the right person.To Be Successful:Previous demonstrable experience in senior project/programme coordination on IT projectsFlexibility and resilience, comfortable in a high-change environmentAbility to engage with all levels of stakeholdersExcellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detailA natural forward-thinker with initiative to pre-empt programme needsStrong administration and organisation skills with a focus on customer experienceAbility to multi-task and juggle changing priorities with ease as requiredExpertise in Microsoft Office SuiteKnowledge of relevant project management tools and agile methodsCurrent NZ work authorisationTo Apply:Please Apply now and attach a copy of your up-to-date CV.
