6 month initial contract, with view to extend

Hybrid working arrangements available
$80-105/hr +GST depending on experience
The Role:
The Programme Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support for the successful delivery of an IT programme and is actively involved in the coordination of various pieces of work simultaneously. Your role will include supporting key activities such as project administration, financial management, reporting, procurement and other general administrative tasks.
With strong organisation and prioritisation skills, alongside ability to show initiative and think ahead, the Programme Coordinator will organise all the necessary pieces to ensure programme success.
You will need to be Dunedin based for the duration of the contract to be successful in this role, however there is a flexible working environment for the right person.
To Be Successful:
Previous demonstrable experience in senior project/programme coordination on IT projects
Flexibility and resilience, comfortable in a high-change environment
Ability to engage with all levels of stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, and attention to detail
A natural forward-thinker with initiative to pre-empt programme needs
Strong administration and organisation skills with a focus on customer experience
Ability to multi-task and juggle changing priorities with ease as required
Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of relevant project management tools and agile methods
Current NZ work authorisation
