Shift Updates: Currently, the shift runs Monday to Thursday, 2:30 pm – 12:00 am. In the coming weeks, we'll be moving to a five-day schedule, Monday to Friday, 4:15 pm – 12:00 am. This change reflects our commitment to supporting both production needs and team members' work-life balance. Your Key Responsibilities: Manual handling of wool: Loading/unloading wool into tanks and performing general site duties to maintain smooth production flow. Forklift operation: Safely handle forklifts when required to support material transport and production needs. An OSH endorsement is desirable. Production line support: Assist in ensuring the production process runs efficiently and help resolve any production issues as they arise. Safety and quality standards: Follow all safety protocols and maintain high-quality standards to meet the company's commitment to excellence. Documentation: Keep thorough batch records and ensure compliance with production standards. What We're Looking For: Physical stamina: You're comfortable with manual labor and can handle the physical demands of the job. Experience in food manufacturing or similar industries: This is a plus, but we're open to candidates from other backgrounds who show promise. A chemistry background: While not required, this would give you an edge, particularly for more technical tasks. Attention to detail: You're methodical and precise, ensuring production processes are followed carefully. Problem-solving skills: You're quick on your feet, able to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Forklift certification: OSH endorsement is desirable.
