Leading Manufacturer in New Zealand Full Time Day Shift Safety First Culture THE OPPORTUNITY An exciting opportunity has become available for a Production Team Member specifically in Metal Processing based in Cromwell. This position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations Team - reporting to the Operations Manager. RESPONSIBILITIES Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machines Manufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirements General housekeeping activities Collaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as required Contribute to tool box and team meetings Strict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environment ABOUT YOU Experience in setting up and operating manufacturing machinery Experience using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) would be preferred, but not essential Essential - Forklift Licence Effective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needs Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude Able to work at pace within a team or at times individually A commitment to producing quality products Willingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace ABOUT STRATCO Stratco is a privately owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions.
