This position involves working as part of our collaborative Operations Team - reporting to the Operations Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES Operating metal folding, roll form and pressing machinesManufacturing and assembling of goods to the customers' requirementsGeneral housekeeping activitiesCollaborate with team members, other business areas and projects as requiredContribute to tool box and team meetingsStrict adherence to our critical safety rules & contributing to a safe working environmentABOUT YOU Experience in setting up and operating manufacturing machineryExperience using sheet metal manufacturing equipment, particularly roll form machines and metal bending machinery (folders, press & breaks) would be preferred, but not essentialEssential - Forklift LicenceEffective problem solver who can develop solutions that meet the customers' needsStrong work ethic and a can-do attitudeAble to work at pace within a team or at times individuallyA commitment to producing quality productsWillingness to enhance the customer experience by working with enthusiasm, energy, and paceABOUT STRATCO Stratco is a privately owned innovator, manufacturer, and marketer of quality building and renovation solutions.
