The key areas of responsibility are as follows:To coordinate and oversee the processing team to optimise productivity, yield and quality.To mentor and coach the processing team to achieve continuous improvement.To ensure all operations and processes are compliant with Company policy.This is a great opportunity for someone with sound processing and operational skills, looking to gain supervisory experience and develop their leadership capability.Paua Tuwa is a team-based business, so you need to enjoy working with others, supporting your colleagues, and ensuring targets are met, while keeping each other safe and delivering to a high standard.We operate our factories and processing functions to the strictest standards of food safety and compliance. It requires every one of our people to be committed to achieving this high standard, adhering to all health & safety requirements, and aligning behaviour, performance, and engagement to our values and code of conduct.What You Will Bring:Ideally, you will have 2-3 years of operational experience working within an aquaculture, seafood, and/or fresh foods business.
