About the Role Provide leadership for the team on shift, including:
Leading and developing the health and safety culture. Setting and achieving production priorities with an emphasis on production efficiency, throughput, and status reporting. Contributing to and implementing continuous improvement of shift operations. Engaging with the team on the shop floor to solve issues. About You Supervisory history. Manufacturing/Operations environment experience. Effective communication skills. Decision-making skills. Good leadership and people management skills.
