Production, Planning and Customer Support
We are looking for a Production Planning Coordinator to join our team to support our production planning and scheduling function. Reporting to the Production Planning Manager, this permanent full-time position will be primarily focused on supporting the operations team in planning and managing production schedules to fully utilise production resources and meet customer expectations.
To be successful in this position you will demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role will be given preference.
Customer service and/or relationship management are beneficial.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Demonstrated skills in using an ERP system and Microsoft products.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally with a diverse range of personalities.
Ability to prioritise and plan workload and competing tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Good problem-solving skills, comfortable with change and motivated to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
The Production Planning Coordinator will be responsible for planning customer orders into production schedules and other planning and operational tasks to facilitate the smooth running of production. Report writing, data collection, responding to customer queries and generally supporting the operations team with a range of planning and administrative tasks are an inclusive part of this role.
