Production, Planning & Scheduling (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics) The Organisation: Providing production, management, sales and marketing services to its members, this Kiwi co-operative oversees the end-to-end growing process of a niche food product. The Role: In this newly created position, you will be the key contact for stakeholders to the business, managing the logistics of processing, testing, sales, storage and transport of the product throughout the supply chain. You will also manage both the local and export shipping of products and have the ability to travel throughout Canterbury to meet local growers. Responsibilities: Inventory management, recording stock movement, monitoring costs, undertaking stocktakes and reconciliations of product Manage the supply chain from fresh fruit to finished product Operations support, overseeing procurement of packaging supplies, freight, co-ordination of processing and logistics; tracking of product movements Sales support, receipting of orders, preparing release and arranging delivery, liaising with coldstores, container loading and creating invoices Contract negotiations with NZ customers, managing quality and regulatory requirements Export sales coordination, overseeing documentation and labelling Experience: FMCG and/or primary sector industry experience, including experience with FMCG production processing (highly regarded) Proficiency with computerised systems including ERP and Office 365 Working knowledge of MPI regulations High level of numerical capability, strong analytical and planning skills Competent administrative and accurate data entry skills Confident communication skills, collaborative and customer centric approach The benefits: Small and welcoming team Lincoln location + on-site cafe Opportunities for career growth About Us: Canterbury owned, Ryan is proud to have supported candidates and clients for over 35 years.
