Production Operators

We're looking for motivated, hard-working, and computer savvy people to join our Production Teams based at EastPack in Te Puke!Our Production Operators are key in optimising the use of the fruit sorting and labelling technology within our packhouse! By running these machines, you will be focused on maximising throughput and packing line capacity while also maintaining product quality and an adherence to our current packing plan.You will need to be organised, have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make good decisions when working under pressure. You should also drive and maintain our health and safety culture and strive for continuous improvement.You'll also need:A technical and mechanical aptitude.The ability to work well with a diverse range of people.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Flexibility to work with the highs and lows of seasonal work (which will include shift work and weekends at times).Can multitask well and meet multiple demands.We have day shift and night shift positions available for this role. The night shift production operators are required to cover our night shift operation for 3 months of the year during our busy harvest season (March – June).
