Production Operator

We are looking for an experienced production operator to join our client's production team based in Seaview! This role is Sunday - Wednesday 1AM - 9:30AM (four day working week) with an opportunity for extra hours during peak production season!Key Responsibilities:Prepare, bake, and oversee the production of a variety of high-volume baked productsOperate and maintain industrial baking equipmentFollow recipes and production schedules to ensure efficient and timely outputEnsure work areas meet hygiene and safety standardsPerform quality checks to uphold product standardsWhat We're Looking For:Prior experience as a production worker, baker, or in a similar high-volume baking roleAbility to follow precise instructions and work efficiently with minimal supervisionStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityReliable and punctual, especially for early morning hoursPhysical ability to stand, lift, and move throughout the shiftConsistent work with stable hoursAll applicants must have the right to live and work in NZ, and will also be required to pass a pre-employment drug screening and MOJ check.If you are interested, apply now with your latest CV!
