As a key part of the production team, your role will be responsible for delivering high-quality products. You will be operating various production processes, ensuring product quality, and communicating effectively with your team and customers.

Rotating 12 hour shifts – three day shifts & two night shifts, then four days offMonitor and maintain product tracking, ensuring quality standards are metOperate machineryWork collaboratively to achieve production, quality, and safety goalsMaintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to health and safety protocolsContribute to continuous improvement initiativesAbout you: Experienced with working in a rotating shift scheduleMechanical minded and ability to operate tools or machineryStrong teamwork and communication skillsPhysical stamina and logical problem-solving abilitiesA full Class 1 Driving licenceAble to pass a drug testClean criminal recordAbout Us: Canterbury owned, Ryan is proud to have supported candidates and clients for over 35 years.
