Machine Operators (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)Full timeCompetitive hourly rate + benefits (NZD)We are looking for experienced Production Operators to join us at our La Bonne Cuisine site in East Tamaki.Our Production Operators are hands-on people with their primary focus being to run their area of the production area efficiently. As an operator, you will help us reach department goals by making sure the area is set up correctly, operating machinery, and ensuring that the quality of our products is maintained.This role is predominantly physical and involves moving and cooking 25kg products in our Dips and Pate (meats) Departments.You will be working Monday - Thursday during off season and Monday - Friday during season, starting 5.30am.Your Responsibilities:Operate manufacturing machinery.Perform quality checks and production documentation.Tidy workplace and machine setup when product changes to different setups.Ensure maintenance of equipment is up to date and addressed when needed.Record machine breakdowns and maintain good communication with the team.Ensure safe work practices are adhered to at all times.Ensure product safety at all times.Perform activities such as lubricating/tightening/cleaning machines.Your Skills:Food manufacturing experience is a must with mixing/batching experience preferable.Able to work in our cold food manufacturing environment.Able to lift weights and be physically fit.Organisational skills.Mechanical aptitude.Numerical skills.The Kraft Heinz Company Australia & New Zealand is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing a working environment that embraces, promotes, and values diversity and inclusion.
