We are a young, dynamic company going from strength to strength in New Zealand. The aim of the game is to escape from a themed room before the time is up. To escape, players need to find clues and solve unique puzzles. Our product is different, challenging, and fun. We provide a unique experience that we want you to be a part of. As a Production Manager, you will be responsible for welcoming customers, managing escape games, setting up escape game rooms, handling queries via phone and email, carrying out administration related to the games, invoicing, assisting in the design of new experiences, ad hoc sales and marketing activities and managing Production Assistants. We're looking for people who have experience in: Delivering excellent customer serviceMulti-tasking and managing day to day operations under time pressureWorking alone and on occasions managing a small teamUsing computers and basic applications with confidenceIf you have: Excellent communication skillsA creative brainThe ability to solve puzzles and brain teasers – you must enjoy it too!A keen eye for detailReliable and trustworthyThis role could be your ESCAPE! In addition, you need a great sense of humour and patience. You have to have a can-do attitude, be able to relate to all walks of life and be self-motivated and self-managing. You will be working in a fun and professional environment, based in the heart of Wellington. Our opening hours are Sun - Thu: 10 am - 10 pm and Fri - Sat: 10 am - 11 pm. We are looking for flexibility to work anytime between these hours. We would like you to start as soon as possible.
