Working alongside your counterparts in Quality, H&S, and Engineering, you will oversee the operation of the site, leading a small team of highly experienced and motivated operators.Key Responsibilities include:Leading the production team to meet production plans.Plant optimisation, collaborating on improvements and audits.Fostering a health and safe environment at all times.Dangerous goods handling and management.Skills and attributesWe are looking for:Demonstrated experience in production management, people leadership, and health and safety management.Experience in working in high-risk environments, ideally within chemical processing.A tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering or similar would be advantageous.Experience working within automated, PLC-controlled production environments and display strong mechanical aptitude.Along with this, you will be level-headed, passionate, self-motivated, and highly collaborative.
