My client is a leader in their field and is a very well established and successful business. You will control production, machinery and all aspects of their blending operation. Your focus will be on improving production standards, volume and reducing costs. This is a genuine opportunity to make your mark.
My client wants a strong leader and one who is good with people, so strong staff management skills are required. You must have an intimate grasp of what a business needs and how to get it from your team. It is essential that you are used to and have experience and background in setting and enforcing standards.
Make no mistake, this is a very hands-on role and the expectation is that you will be on the floor working with the team 90% of the time, so you must be physically fit.
The location is Penrose.
