Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day production operations, ensuring timely and efficient manufacturing of our health-focused products. Lead and motivate the production team to meet output and quality targets. Collaborate with R&D, quality control, and other departments to ensure smooth workflows. Monitor and adjust production schedules to meet customer demand while maintaining high standards. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including safety, hygiene, and quality control. Qualifications : Bachelor Degree or higher qualification At least 5 years proven experience in production management, preferably in food, nutraceuticals, or a related industry. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent communication and ability to work cross-functionally with various departments. A passion for health, wellness, and sustainable practices is a plus. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
