Production Manager/ Factory Foreman

Altherm Taranaki is an established manufacturer of quality aluminium joinery with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service. We are currently seeking a foreman to lead and motivate our team of aluminium fabricators.
The Role: Plan and organise workloads for factory staff to meet production deadlines
Maintain high standards of workmanship to ensure quality of finished products
Continuously improve production processes to improve efficiency
Oversee training and development of factory staff
Liaise with customers and suppliers
Has knowledge and practical experience in the manufacture of aluminium joinery
Has proven ability to motivate and manage people
Communicates well with people at all levels
Has basic computer skills
Is self-motivated and able to manage their own time productively.
