As the Plant Manager, you will oversee the safe, efficient, and compliant daily operations of our factory. You will lead, guide, and mentor a team of 60-80 staff to enhance performance and engagement. Your responsibilities include ensuring production schedules are met through effective capacity and labour planning, and quality monitoring of all jobs in production. You will ensure all paperwork is accurately completed and maintain high levels of productivity and housekeeping through quality and safe work practices. You will also drive continuous improvement by proactively identifying ways to increase efficiencies.
This is a permanent full-time role, offering 40 hours a week, Monday-Friday, based in Wiri, Auckland.
