Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Leading and managing the night shift team, ensuring production targets are met Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving team performance Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures Developing and coaching team members to enhance their skills Maintaining high-quality production standards and meeting customer expectations The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in a similar leadership role Passion for developing and managing a team Experience in a continuous improvement environment Strong people and line management skills Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel) Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices Lowie Recruitment can offer you not just a job, but a career.
