Production Line Team Leader - Night Shift

Lowie Recruitment is seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee the night shift in East Tamaki. Permanent night shift role (10:00pm - 6:30am)

Leading and managing the night shift team, ensuring production targets are met
Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and driving team performance
Ensuring compliance with Health & Safety policies and procedures
Developing and coaching team members to enhance their skills
Maintaining high-quality production standards and meeting customer expectations

The ideal candidate will have:

Proven experience in a similar leadership role
Passion for developing and managing a team
Experience in a continuous improvement environment
Strong people and line management skills
Intermediate PC skills (Word, Excel)
Knowledge of occupational health and safety practices
