Reporting to the Rotorua Factory Manager, you will assume supervisory responsibility for production activities of Outback Patio production at Rotorua to ensure expectations of safety, production and quality are being achieved in line with organisational goals.
This will include assisting in continuous improvement initiatives, monitoring production plans, and adjusting processes and resources to maximise efficiencies.
A significant portion of your role will be spent in a hands-on function, becoming part of the wider factory team in a day-to-day capacity.
This is a terrific opportunity for an experienced leading hand/supervisor, possessing experience gained from within a best practice manufacturing environment.
