This role is based in Auckland. He aha tau e mahi ana | What you'll be doing: This is a strategic, creative, leadership role, where you will ensure that our Brand and Content projects achieve NZTE's strategic brand objectives while delivered on-time and on budget. You will be an astute marketer, with the ability to bring clarity and insight to briefs. You will be responsible for managing our production pipeline, prioritising and ensuring efficient team resourcing. As a senior leader, you will be operationally strong to ensure our resources are commercially deployed to deliver world class work to our customers.
Ko nga mea ka hiahiatia e koe kia angitu te haere | What you'll need to be successful: You will likely come from a marketing or creative agency background, someone who really knows how to shape briefs and manage this through to implementation by deploying the right skillsets and expertise to effectively deliver to briefs. You will be a leader who inspires and motivates others to grow within their current role and beyond, and you're someone who builds strong relationships, relates well to people and has outstanding communication skills.
