We are currently seeking experienced and talented Production kitchen manager to join our team in our Britomart location. We are looking for passionate individual who is dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences and upholding our reputation for quality and excellence whilst managing a team of 7 and reporting to the head Chef. Requirements: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar culinary role. Including leading staff A strong work ethic and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.A commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.Flexibility to work early morning or late evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. Roles & Responsibilities: The Production Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Head Chef to oversee the kitchen operations, including food preparation, managing stock, ordering when the Head chef is absent and assisting in maintaining our normal operations. This role will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and safety, as well as training and mentoring junior staff members. Chef de Partie Daily Bread is also looking for a Chef de Partie to operate our kitchen at our new site in New Lynn, Full time-hours and days to be discussed at interview $30 - $32 depending on experience. The Chef de Partie will be responsible for managing all aspects of a busy kitchen including Quality, consistency and execution of food. Managing prep, Food control plans, Ordering, Training & Communication and liaising with Production kitchen and front of house staff.
