About the Role
In a rapidly evolving media landscape, competitive advantage comes from two key areas:
The development and delivery of new solutions that can be offered to clients as a premium service.
Refinement and improvement of the delivery of existing solutions, achieved through improved process and team training, and embedding new technology.
The Product Integration Director plays a vital role in this approach, managing the go-to-market process for selected new products and services, while supporting with process and infrastructure development related to existing digital team product and workflow.
Additionally, the role provides oversight and management of the evolving digital creative team, managing and supporting the team through growth and assisting with expansion into other aspects of digital creative (e.g. video, digital out of home etc). This role is a permanent role (37.5 hours per week) and working onsite at our Mt Eden office.
Skills and Experience
6+ years' experience in advertising / media agencies
3+ years' experience in digital marketing / technology / media roles
An understanding of media terminology, appropriate use and digital media channel applications
Sound understanding of the digital implementation process and the tools involved in delivery a solution to market
Strong knowledge of dynamic creative and rich media advertising platforms
Data visualisation platform (Datorama) knowledge with an ability to integrate new solutions into this reporting infrastructure
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritising in order to meet deadlines / timeframes
High attention to detail with checkpoints in place
Intermediate use of Microsoft Office suite
Sound understanding of Google Campaign Manager, Facebook Ads platform, Pegasus Workbook
Positive outlook contributing to agency culture and cross agency collaboration and integration
Strong project management process knowledge
