Production Floor Assistant

Bowalley Free Range Farm – Oamaru, South Island
Position: Full-time Egg Processing Team Member
Craig's Poultry, located in Herbert, Oamaru, is recruiting for a full-time position as a member of a 5-person team operating automated machinery to process eggs into packaging. You will also have the opportunity to step up and fulfill the duties of the grading floor manager for temporary periods.
Responsibilities may include:
Receiving indicative orders from the sales team and planning a grading schedule.
Rotating around different workstations on the automated grading machine.
Assisting with completing orders and invoicing.
Completing other documentation as required by our quality management processes.
Maintaining a clean work environment.
Occasionally completing other farm duties as directed.
Working with the management team for continual improvement and efficiency.
Normal working hours: Monday to Friday, 8am to 4.30pm.
