Job Description We're now looking for our next  Production Director  to join our Wellington-based crew.
About the role...
This is a key member of the Games Studio Leadership team – managing production teams across projects and acting as the key liaison for external production partners (including publisher relationships, porting and external contractors).
You'll be: Working on development of game production, resource plans, production schedules and negotiation of developer agreements Coaching and developing your team Aiding in the development of the studio's strategic panning Managing production teams and external contractors Driving production strategy and processes throughout the studio You can find all the finer details in our  job description here .
About you... You'll have a history of shipping games, getting the best out of artists and understanding the technical requirements to ship across multiple platforms (although console and PC will be more helpful for this role).
You will have a deep understanding of the specific agile processes within the game industry, and the ability to both help create, and embed a production strategy in a studio.
A great communicator, you'll be able to build working relationships quickly, and know how to coach and mentor teams to be their best.
