We're seeking someone with a strong work ethic, a passion for client care, and the ability to manage daily production tasks, repairs, and contractor relationships.
This role is key to ensuring that our beautiful creations flow smoothly from concept to client.
What You'll Do: Oversee Daily Production Tasks: Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth and timely completion of key production tasks.Handle Client Services & Repairs: Manage the service and repair process from start to finish.
Liaise with clients, issue quotes, coordinate work required and deliver a perfect end product.Manage Contractors: Build strong relationships with contractors and ensure all work is delivered to the highest standards.Coordinate Shipping & Logistics: Oversee duty-free collections and manage all international packages for clients and suppliers.Maintain Inventory: Ensure accurate and timely completion of end-of-month stocktakes.Support the Production Team: Assist the Head of Production and Manufacturing in managing the flow of work through the production process.
About You: You're highly organised and detail-oriented.You have strong communication skills and enjoy building relationships with both clients and contractors.You're comfortable with managing production timelines, client repairs, and handling administrative tasks.You thrive in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities.A passion for luxury jewellery or prior experience in a production role is a plus!Applicants must hold NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa.
