Production Assistant/Admin

Our reputable Frame and Truss manufacturing client is after a production assistant to cover maternity leave, this role will be assisting the detailing team and administration office. This is an office based role based in Harewood. ABOUT THE ROLE - Printing and sending detailed jobs to the factory - Processing job book in and date changes in their system (Sapphire) - Calling customers/builders at the 5 and 10 day mark if and when required. Liaising with builders, other employers and customers if required.  - Assisting in the performance of various duties within the detailing and admin office.  Hours can be flexible but currently 7.30am – 1.30pm Monday-Friday Fixed term: 6 months - potential to extend  WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - A positive attitude and willingness to work well with multiple people - Previous basic administrative experience  - Having experience/knowledge of the construction industry/frame and truss (not essential) - Good written and verbal skills, have confidence calling contractors/customers when checking in regarding order timings - Organization, prioritizing skill's and having the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.  - Knowledge of systems or interested in learning them - having used Sapphire before is advantageous    The Process:  Be a part of this growing team by applying today with a cover letter and CV by "clicking the link below" or by contacting us on 0800226732 for more information.     Please note candidates must have the right to work in New Zealand at time of application to be considered for this role.
