Richmond Vetlife offers a full range of veterinary services to the surrounding community for both production and companion animals.
We currently have an opportunity for a receptionist / production animal coordinator to join our Richmond clinic team.The successful applicant will have a background in production animals with excellent administration and customer service skills and will be an integral part of the team, working with the clinical staff to help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the clinic.The hours for this position are full time Monday - Friday and will include some Saturdays on a rostered basis.About the role:Schedule appointments and coordinate PA diaryData entry and process fees and paymentsGeneral admin and customer service / reception dutiesAssist in maintaining product displays and have a sound knowledge of productsKey attributes for this position are:Production animal backgroundA friendly confident personality combined with an excellent telephone mannerAbility to communicate well with our valued client base as well as colleaguesConfident with IT systemsAn eagerness to learn and an ability to prioritise and adapt quickly to changeVetlife prides itself on providing our customers with a friendly and high quality service.
