Position: We are currently seeking a Production and Quality Manager , which is 2 IC for the operational side of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

Support our Head of Operations

Lead our factory operations

Engage in both factory and field work as required during busy times

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

A manufacturing background

The ability to communicate with a wide variety of staff and customers

Teaching skills

Hands-on experience that includes welding and fabrication
