To succeed in this role, you will need a manufacturing background, be able to communicate with a wide variety of staff and customers, and teach. Additionally, you will have a background that enables you to roll up your sleeves, which will include welding and fabrication, and get involved in factory and field work during our busy times as required.A normal working day will incorporate supporting our Head of Operations and leading our factory.
