We are currently seeking a Production and Quality Manager , which is 2 IC for the operational side of our business. To succeed in this role, you will need a manufacturing background, be able to communicate with a wide variety of staff and customers, and teach. Additionally, you will have a background that enables you to roll up your sleeves, which will include welding and fabrication, and get involved in factory and field work during our busy times as required.
A normal working day will incorporate supporting our Head of Operations and leading our factory.
