About the Role:
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic Production Administrator to join our Dunedin team. In this full-time role, you'll be at the heart of our production processes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. You'll support the coordination of production operations, handle documentation, and collaborate with the team to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support for production planning and operations.Manage and update production documentation, including specifications and training sheets.Ensure accuracy in reporting production data, including start-up and completion of production runs.Coordinate and communicate with various departments to ensure timely production.Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues as needed.Support compliance with GMP standards and other regulatory requirements.Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.About You:
You are a highly organised, detail-oriented individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. With experience in production administration or a related field, you bring strong communication and coordination skills to the table. You're proactive, adaptable, and thrive on keeping things running smoothly.
Key Attributes We're Looking For:
Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is a plus.Ability to work collaboratively with a team and across departments.A proactive, problem-solving mindset.Knowledge of GMP or similar quality standards is beneficial.Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.Why Work for Donaghys?
