Production Administrator

Maternity Cover for Production Administrator Granarolo NZ Ltd is a leading global importer and producer of some of Italy and Europe's finest food products and brands. Role Overview: We seek an experienced Production Administrator to join our team as leave & maternity cover until Jan 2026, with an ideal start date in November 2024. In this role, you will work closely with our production supervisor,  Your key responsibilities include: Overseeing production work orders and forecasting.Managing stock take, new item code setup, goods receipting, and issuing.Conducting inventory analysis and liaising with our 3PL partners.Monitoring stock replenishment and analysing CHEP pallets.Understanding the production environment and maintaining accurate records.Collaborating with the Finance Manager on various tasks as needed.Key Requirements: Proven experience in inventory management, preferably within the food industry.Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management systems.Strong organisational skills and a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.Join Us: If you are ready to take on a dynamic and rewarding role in inventory management, we would love to hear from you!
