Job Description This is a remote position.
Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM New Zealand (4:00 AM – 1:00 PM Manila time) (8 hours per day/40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Assist in managing the Scrum team responsible for developing VR and desktop medical simulations.
Coordinate with a small, diverse team including software engineers and product owners.
Utilize JIRA for task management and ticket organization.
Communicate with international vendors and team members.
Assist with product owner tasks such as writing and cleaning up JIRA tickets.
Adapt to changing project needs.
Requirements Requirements

Experience in project management, preferably in software development.
Familiarity with JIRA and agile methodologies.
Strong communication skills, able to work with a diverse, international team.
Adaptability and willingness to take on multiple roles as needed.
Interest in or experience with virtual reality and/or medical education technology.
Ability to work full-time for the initial 5-month project.
Scope

Lead the development of VR and desktop medical simulation software.
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Coordinate between product owners, software engineers, and international vendors.
Assist in product ownership tasks and JIRA ticket management.
