Product Support Specialist

A newly created team, you will be joining this established brand in their modern East Tamaki premises. A team who work with integrity, passion and a sense of urgency, putting customers at the forefront. You'll enjoy building relationships, naturally meticulous in your work and also pride yourself on your reliability. Did we mention this is a VERY exciting brand?!
WHAT WILL YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?

Resolve customer product queries (including technical queries) via phone calls, email and social media
Ensure all information in the system is accurate (including customer and product information)
Remain current on changes in policies, procedures and products offerings
Review problem orders and notify customers of any issues or delays
Support other teams (sales / finance / logistics etc) to assist in the processing of the customer orders and inquiries

WHO AM I & WHAT'S IN IT FOR ME?
