About the role: We are seeking a proficient Product Owner for a dynamic and critical project to work within the team for our client. The potential Product Owner should act as the main liaison for project stakeholders, which includes the development team, business users, and external vendors. Clarify project objectives and scope, making sure they are in line with business goals and stakeholder needs. Manage the prioritization of tasks and facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with the Scrum Master. Keep a close eye on project advancement, addressing risks and making necessary adjustments to scope, schedule, and budget. Regularly update all stakeholders on project status, addressing any issues and celebrating successes. Guarantee that the final product meets business requirements and maintains quality standards. Location: Wellington Period of Contract: Initial 6 months (With potential extensions based on the project) To be successful in this role you will have: Strong leadership and decision-making skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies. Understanding of data warehouse concepts and cloud technologies. Ability to manage project budgets and timelines.
