Product Owner/Manager

This role offers an opportunity to work on exciting digital data products, from ideation to launch, ensuring they remain simple, smart, and user-focused. About the Role: In this position, you will: Lead and guide the entire product lifecycle, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver on roadmaps and priorities. Focus on user experience by capturing feedback, identifying gaps, and enhancing product engagement. Conduct market and user research to identify needs, refine features, and prioritize the product backlog. Drive sprint planning, retrospectives, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth execution. Provide key insights and updates to leadership, supporting decisions with data-driven analysis. What You'll Bring: Proven experience in agile product management and the full product development lifecycle. A collaborative approach, working with developers, engineers, and designers to iteratively improve products. Strong communication skills and the ability to present effectively to internal and external stakeholders. Customer-focused with a knack for problem-solving and understanding the user perspective. Familiarity with Jira or similar tools for managing sprints and projects. A background in data analytics, engineering, or product design is highly desirable.
