You will:Prioritise features, user stories and the backlog based on the project product vision and customer input, ensuring the team understands the priorities, requirements and provides value to end users.Collaborate closely and communicate effectively with the BAU Product Owner and stakeholders, maintaining regular contact to solicit feedback, address problems, and manage expectations.Use market research, customer feedback, and data analytics to guarantee that the product delivers to the defined scope, needs, and organisation's strategic goals and objectives.Make data-driven decisions that improve the customer experience and create value.Be a subject matter expert of the tools to support BAU and Project queries.Take part in Agile rituals like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, demos, and sprint reviews, aiding in fostering a cooperative atmosphere that promotes open communication and enables the team to reach sound judgments.To be successful in this role you'll be able to demonstrate your:A relevant tertiary qualification and 3 years relevant Product Owner experience.Experience with Agile methodologies and best practices, from concept and planning through to delivery and ongoing support.Ability to translate customer and business needs or requirements into suitable product features.Great communication skills, mediator between teams, able to balance stakeholder priorities and keep everyone in the loop.Able to make timely decisions in environments with both certainty or high ambiguity.Can jump between strategy and the details, and a master of both.Experienced in gathering requirements and detailing user stories but also gets the big picture and how everything fits together at a high level.Proactive and a problem solver, takes initiative and ownership of all problems within role or product remit or scope.Able to understand and apply knowledge of both the technical business landscape and the relevant product space.Knowledge and experience, or willingness to learn about Te Tiriti, Tikanga, Te Reo and Te Ao Maori.Me pehea te tuku tono | How to applyWe encourage you to be you in your application!
