Doing this means we can improve the way we do business and enables us to provide more digital services for our business customers.
This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of the Nga Tapuwae Korero Agile Release Train. As Product Owner you will be responsible for leading and delivering continuous improvement and the development of our products and service offering.
ACC is adopting Guidewire Cloud Platform as part of our enterprise strategy and you will play a key role in delivering this change, enabling ACC to deliver new products and features for business customers faster and more efficiently.
In this role you will be fully immersed within an Agile environment on a day-to-day basis. The work environment is fast paced, with high impact decisions and diverse interactions.
This is a permanent role, based in Wellington. Ko wai koe About you To be successful in this role you'll have :
Prior experience as a Product Owner or relevant experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of product delivery practice.
Strong leadership, communication and analytical thinking to facilitate collaboration and ensure the product's quality.
Experience working with business users and customers, with ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
A customer-centric mind-set, focusing on delivering the best possible outcomes for our customers.
The ability to participate and lead product ownership efforts to meet product development objectives and a demonstrated ability to enable the delivery of strategy through Agile practices.
Influencing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
Experience from within a large, diverse organisation such as ours and / or a sound understanding of the machinery of Government is preferred.

Development opportunities in te reo Maori me ona tikanga.The appointing salary range for this role is $117,787 - $152,430 with appointment depending on skills and experience and internal relativities.
