About you: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our dynamic Unleashed team. You'll have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of Agile methodologies, and the ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable product requirements. As a Product Owner, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business goals and user needs. You'll have a natural growth mindset and drive to achieve great outcomes for Unleashed customers and the Access business.
Day-to-day, you will:
Create, maintain and prioritise the product backlog, ensuring it is visible, transparent and understood as requirements and opportunities change.
Participate/lead in sprint planning, grooming and all ceremonies through the sprint period - track and report on product performance using key metrics.
Collaborate closely with development teams during sprints, to clarify requirements and ensure timely delivery of features.
Conduct customer/market research, analyse data and monitor industry trends to inform product decisions and identify opportunities.
Your skills and experiences might also include:
Understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to end-of-life, ideally in a SaaS software environment.
An analytical mindset, with strong problem-solving skills to effectively manage and align diverse stakeholders and understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Proven leadership &/or influencing skills and experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, can demonstrate working with diverse teams to achieve common goals.
Proficiency with product management tools such as ADO (Azure Dev Ops), Confluence would be a benefit - any relevant Product certification would be a plus.
Ideally 3 to 4 years working in a SaaS product environment.
