About the opportunity | Te whai waahi Are you a visionary Product Owner with a passion for driving innovation in data management? We are seeking a dynamic Data Catalogue and Marketplace Lead to join us on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to play a pivotal role in the continued development and implementation of our Data Catalogue and Marketplace roadmap, working with business stakeholders to drive a culture of data re-use and trust across the Co-op.
With a track record in product ownership, you will continuously build on the roadmap as you translate diverse stakeholder needs into actionable strategies, ultimately taking our data catalogue experience to the next level.
Your expertise in building an exceptional user experience will ensure seamless navigation of our users as you ensure data assets and products are discoverable, accessible, and governed within a well-defined environment.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to not only work with cutting edge technology (Microsoft Purview Data Catalogue suite) but also work alongside our technical and vendor teams as you bring the roadmap to life!

About you | Moe koe You will be passionate about creating a great user experience in the specific application of data management and driven by a desire to make an impact.
Ideally with deep experience in Data Catalogue management, preferably in a large and diverse organization, you'll have excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels and advocate for the importance of data cataloguing.
Your ability to influence and collaborate with Data and AI specialists, business stakeholders, and leaders will be crucial in driving the success of our Data Catalogue initiatives.
