About the role:
As an experienced Product Owner, you'll be working in FIS Asset Finance team on projects for international clients to develop a world-class Enterprise Leasing solution. This will involve identifying client requirements, analysing gaps and developing solutions for it, and supporting Agile teams to implement the new specifications. You are an objective thinker who prioritizes accuracy and results.
You'll be working with a group of like-minded Product Owners and Solutions Managers in formulating the best solutions to advance the future of enterprise leasing market, alongside a matured Scrum Teams in a scaled agile environment.
What you will be doing:

Produce proposals to solve product gap after clarifying the stakeholder requirements, identifying personas and analysing business impact.
Collaborating in the "Design Thinking" sessions with Solutions Managements in developing product capability to meet the global leasing market.
Detailing of functionally and technically sound solutions.
Translating roadmap features into components of work actionable by a development team.
Clearly represent the functional design requirements and solution to product managers.
Facilitate Agile meetings to achieve the Product Goal.

What you will need:

Solid experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a commercial software environment.
Advanced knowledge of end-to-end systems development cycles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are a must.
Proficiency in defining and implementing an overall solution.
Fluency in sequence diagrams, class models, documentation, etc.
Creative in visualization of business processes like the use of user journey mapping and story mapping.
Effective facilitation and communication skills.
Ability to persuade and influence others on the best approach to take, and to challenge design approaches as well.
A willingness for work-based travel.

Bonus if you have:

Financial domain experience– asset finance / wholesale and retail leasing / accounting and financial reporting.
Database query of SQL and Oracle databases skills.
